BIOGRAPHY

Rich Farrell joined GRS through the 2020 acquisition of William Kramer & Associates (WKA). He began his claims career in 2002 estimating large losses for Gallagher Bassett as a subcontractor to Porter Engineering in St. Louis. Gallagher Bassett provided third-party administration services for self-insured groups west of the Mississippi. Rich specialized in the reconstruction estimation of commercial buildings following catastrophic events. Rich later founded Farrell Claims Services LLC, adjusting a variety of losses throughout the Midwest. In 2005, Rich joined Pilot Adjusting in Mobile, Alabama, adjusting catastrophic losses resulting from Hurricanes Rita, Katrina and Wilma. He began working with WKA in late 2006, handling a variety of losses, including Hurricane Ike losses in the Houston area, and on other large losses. In June 2013, he opened a Midwest office in St. Louis for WKA.
