Ashley completed her B.S. in Business Administration from Sam Houston State University in 2008. In March 2009, she commenced her adjusting career assisting on Hurricane Gustav and Ike claims and has since managed and assisted on a variety of oil and gas insurance claims including, physical damage, downhole tools, control of well, pollution remediation, and general liability.

Ashley’s claims experience ranges from domestic to international with claims in the capacity of the hundreds of thousands to the tens of millions of dollars. Ashley has attained her Associate in Claims (AIC) certification.

• Fifteen years property, construction and loss adjusting experience including nine years as a loss adjuster on major & complex assignments in the UK and Middle East markets.
• Dual qualified MRICS chartered surveyor and ACILA chartered loss adjuster.
• Successfully managing stakeholders involved in major & complex claim assignments to achieve equitable settlement for all parties involved.
• Able to analyse presented claim documents and prepare technical reports for Insurers on complex assignments, explaining the key issues and offering clear recommendations to progress the claim.
