James Moomaw has a B.S. in Petroleum Engineering from Texas A&M University, 1997 and is a registered professional engineer in Texas. James started his career as a field engineer in hydraulic fracturing, then progressed to projects focused on production and reserves for onshore US, Gulf of Mexico, and international oil and gas fields. James utilizes his broad experience in the energy industry to review claims.

James began working as a licensed energy insurance adjuster in 2009 examining claims related to blowouts, storms/hurricanes, fires/explosions, and loss of production/reserves. James has worked claims ranging from relatively small downhole tool losses to hurricane, blowout, and pollution losses in the hundreds of millions.
